"All-Comer's" Indoor Track &
"Road to Eugene, Oregon"
begins early this year as the Bozeman
Track Club hosts its 2004 "All-Comer's"
Indoor Track & Field Meet on Sunday,
February 1, 2004 in Brick Breeden Fieldhouse
at Montana State University.
Slated as the first stop in preparation
for the USATF-Montana Track & Field
State Championships in June and the Junior
Olympic National Track & Field Championships
in Eugene, Oregon, July 27-August 1, the
indoor track & field meet will be
open to "midget", "youth",
"high school", "open"
and "masters" age division athletes.
Also the site of the 2004 Big Sky Conference
Indoor Track & Field Championships,
the "All-Comer's" indoor track
meet will be run on the 200-meter flat
track with medals and ribbons awarded
to the top five finishers in each age
group. T-shirts, hats, and information
on the 2004 Junior Olympic program will
be available at the venue. See hi-lights
of the 2003 track & field season and
World Track & Field Championships,
as well as hi-lights of the top track
& field athletes and Olympic gold
medallists in the USA.
This track meet is intended to also serve
as a tune-up for those high school athletes
preparing for the Simplot Games in Pocatello,
Idaho, February 19-21, 2004, or for athletes
who just can't wait for the outdoor season
to get started! The "All-Comer's"
meet is available to "open"
and "masters" track & field
athletes in addition to the high school
age division'; as well as, a "midget"
and "youth" division athletes
for younger participants wishing to participate
in an indoor track meet in preparation
of 2004 Junior Olympic track & field
Entry forms must be postmarked to the
Meet Director no later than Saturday,
January 24, 2004. There will be a $10
additional late fee thereafter with no
registration available on the day of competition.
