are now available online at https://www.usatf.org/mgmt/assoc/forms/.  (Note that the individual entry and the team rosters are available in
both Word and PDF formats). There are two sets - one set without Sub-Bantam and another with Sub-Bantam.  Please post these entry forms,
along with pertinent meet information (see note on meet information template below) to your event websites as soon as possible.
Download the forms you need.  Please do not link directly to the forms from your website. If you are unable to open any of the attachments,
please contact Marilyn Turner.

USATF Calendar - Is your Junior Olympic event listed on the USATF Calendar and tagged properly as an Association Championship and
a Junior Olympic competition?  If so, it will be displayed at www.usatf.org/groups/Youth/programs/JuniorOlympics/XC.asp.

You may also check the calendar at www.usatf.org/calendars to see if the meet is on the calendar BUT not properly tagged as a championship
and/or Junior Olympic event.  Once your event is posted, please contact Marilyn Turner if you need assistance tagging it as a Junior Olympic event.

Awards/Bib Order Form - Have you submitted this form yet to receive your medals and competition bib numbers for your Junior Olympic events?
Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your orders.  Please also remember to submit requests 21 or more days prior to the date of
competition to guarantee delivery without incurring late fees. Orders for awards postmarked between 10-20 days prior to the
competition date must be accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of $75.00. Orders for awards postmarked less
than 10 days prior to the competition date must include a check or money order in the amount of $125.00.

Meet Information on Your Website - Does your association website have full meet information (entry fees, entry deadlines,
"mail to" information, meet schedule, etc.) posted? A meet information sheet template is available in the Association Resource Center
to assist you with posting this information. The template has been set up to allow you to replace all items noted in red font and
also serves as a concise way to provide a substantial amount of information to participants. After you update the items in red font
be sure to change the font color to black.  The red font is only there to provide a key as to what content may need to be changed to reflect
the specifics of your event.  You should also place your Association's logo on the form.

Maximum Event Fees - As a reminder, the maximum event fees have increased for the 2010 Junior Olympic Cross Country season.
