MONTANA GETS THE GOLD!

At the USA Track & Field Association Workshop, that was held in Indianapolis, Indiana in August 22-24. There the Montana Association was given the Recognition of Outstanding Association for 2007 recipient of "GOLD"! Montana met the higher standards in all 8 of the "Required" categories and all 9 of the other "categories".

2008 was a very good year for the Montana Association!

OUTSTANDING OFFICIAL AWARDS

The National Officials Committee of USA Track & Field in the fall of 2008 recognized Kay Newman  as the recipient of the " OUTSTANDING OFFICIAL AWARD" for the Montana Association of USATF.

MONTANA ASSOCIATION RECEIVES GRANT

The Montana Association won a grant from USA TRACK & FIELD to assist us to reach all sides of this great, big, State of ours with information brochures, doing this new web site, getting the necessary equipment to link Finish Lynx to hytek, as well as putting a Public Service Announcement  together.

President's Award Presented by Bill Roe, DECEMBER 3, 2008  while attending the USATF 30th ANNUAL MEETING in Reno, Nevada.
